Local Foods Measurement Article by UVM CDAE and VSJF Published in Peer-Reviewed Journal

An article that summarizes Farm to Plate's first effort to measure local food purchases was published in the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development. Quantifying local food purchases is one strategy to understand and measure Goal 1 - consumption of Vermont-produced food by Vermonters and regional consumers will measurably increase.
