Goal 11: Processing Infrastructure

Objective: To increase the infrastructure and capacity of value-added food processing and manufacturing facilities.
Synopsis: Processing and food manufacturing facilities in Vermont take many forms and operate at many different scales, from large commercial facilities, such as Keurig Green Mountain, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, Cabot Creamery Cooperative, King Arthur Flour, and Lake Champlain Chocolates, to smaller bakeries, slaughterhouses, family sugarhouses, and food hubs.
