3 Days! Craft gluten free treats for your friends, family and/or customers at the farmers market. Successful gluten-free recipes require more than just new ingredients, they also require thinking differently about baking. Olga Bravo leads this passionate class to teach you how to think differently about baking using both alternative ingredients and techniques. The class will combine both presentations and hands-on projects that include baking tarts, pies, cakes, cookies and more. Using sweet and savory seasonal ingredients from the Sterling Farm and the local area along with gluten free grains such as: brown rice flour, millet flour, oat flour and coconut flour. Olga will also share stories and insights from running her own successful bakery.
