Coordinate, create and provide operational services for and represent the Food Systems (FS) Graduate Program. Assist the leadership of the FS Graduate Program and participate in the decision-making within the program. Oversee operational budget and financial processes and perform financial transactions. Provide direction and assistance to students related to their academic, internship or career direction. Develop and maintain materials that present the program to external and internal constituents. Responsible for prioritizing responsibilities and maintenance of confidentiality. Reports directly to the Faculty Program Director and the Dean of the Graduate College in support of the FS graduate program and students.
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), UVM software (Peoplesoft, WebXtender, Banner, RepGen, etc), Photoshop, Drupal, and webpage implementation highly desirable. Experience working in a College/University setting desirable. Ability to work interdependently and autonomously.
