Overview

The Vermont Agency of Agriculture is looking for a part-time, temporary GIS Professional to help us create, edit and maintain the geospatial data related to the agricultural resources in the State. We are looking for someone with experience with the ESRI suite of tools. This position will help create digital maps as well provide GIS related support to other users within the agency. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with end users to help define datasets and requirements. Experience with ESRI SDE as web application development is preferred. Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or two (2) years college coursework in GIS, geography, computer science, or other closely related field.
OR
Two (2) or more years of experience in GIS, geography, computer science, or other closely related field.
