We are Justin and Rachel Sauerwein and Almanack Farm is our home and business. We currently raise grassfed beef and lamb for direct sale to individuals and restaurants. Our cows and lambs are either born on our farm or sourced from local organic farms that we know first-hand. We practice rotational grazing, where animals are moved daily to fresh pasture. Good pasture management results in healthy animals, healthy land, and flavorful, high-quality meat.
