Clyde River Farm and Forest is an organic farm operation with vegetables and berries, Christmas Trees, a small maple syrup operation, square baled hay production, and a sawmill producing lumber and clapboards. Current farm operations include a roadside farm stand, 40 CSA members, with some wholesale produce marketed to local retailers and restaurants.
The farm is located in a beautiful rural area, surrounded by many protected natural habitats and located amongst several communities in need of fresh, organically grown produce. Clyde River Farms collaborates with many partners in the region including Sterling College, The Northwoods Stewardship Center, Siskin Ecological Adventures and the Orleans and Essex Conservation Districts.
