New England Culinary Institute

NECI is more than a culinary school. For over thirty years we have taught our students about the importance understanding and implementing sustainability in our food system while training top chefs throughout Vermont and far beyond. We currently operate four dining facilities in Montpelier, VT: NECI on Main, La Brioche, and cafeterias at National Life and Vermont College of Fine Arts.
