With a 40 year history as a Vermont restaurateur, Hemingway's, the last venture established in 1982, was a New England vanguard for American cuisine and local products. This along with a nightly wine & food tasting menu in 1984 made Hemingway's a national forerunner in the industry. After being named "One of the Top 25 Restaurants in America" by Food & Wine magazine in 1992, and helping to establish the American farm to table movement in Vermont, a new venture from TABLE to farm takes flight with branding, product development, and management of Newhall Farm in Reading, Vermont.
