Për started smoking fish & seafood, as a business, in 2013, after creating a state of the art smoke room & kitchen, in a section of his former furniture making shop, in Greensboro Bend. After trying many products we decided to simplify, so we now offer Hot Smoked Steelhead Trout, Atlantic Salmon & our signature "Bacon of the Sea", Smoked Calamari. From these products we have also created our popular Smoked Fish Spread, Smoked Calamari Dip & our Lemon & Capers Spread, to serve with the smoked fish. We have recently introduced "Ripley & Gwyneth's Salmon & Oat Dog Treats", named after our canine family members. Our products can be found at many stores selling fine foods, in Greensboro, Craftsbury, Johnson, Stowe, Waterbury, Burlington, Shelburne & Montpelier.
