We are a fermented foods company based in Marshfield, VT. We grow the majority of produce used in our products, and source additional ingredients from other local, organic farmers. We sell our products to Vermonters at the Burlington Winter Farmers Market and the Winooski Farmers Market. We strive to contribute fresh and exciting new flavors of traditional fermented foods to Vermont's food system.
