The Stone Corral is a craft microbrewery making excellent beer in very small batches. Our brewing capacity falls in the rapidly growing category of nano-brewery, a classification used for breweries with under 3 barrels capacity. Our focus is to create tasty beverages using the highest quality ingredients, including some local food crops that lend a unique, local flavor to our beer. Because we brew in tiny batches, we can offer a wide variety of beers from old standbys to rare classics and some completely original creations.
