The Olive Table, based in Woodstock, Vermont, imports premium Greek extra virgin olive oils from our family's groves in Messenia, Greece. Our premium extra virgin olive oils are cold extracted from 100% Koroneiki olives. They are unfiltered and feature the rich flavor, low acidity (Free Fatty Acids), vivid color and high poly-phenol levels of the Koroneiki variety. Our first product - Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil - was launched in mid-2012. We then expanded our product line in 2013 to include USDA-certified Organic Single Estate Early Harvest EVOO and several varieties of raw, all natural Greek honey. The Olive Table acts as both a wholesaler and retailer. Our retailers include specialty/gourmet food stores, wine stores, kitchen stores, food cooperatives, olive oil tasting stores/taprooms and other specialty markets. We also sell direct to consumers via our website (https://theolivetable.com/). Bulk containers (10 liter jugs and 55-gallon drums) are also available.
