ThinkVermont.com is a new marketing initiative of the Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development to encourage out-of-staters to move to Vermont or open a business in Vermont. Its themes--Live, Grow, Work, and Play--showcase the many resources and assets that make living in Vermont special.

ThinkVermont is a state-sponsored campaign designed to spread the word that Vermont is a great place to live, work, and start a business. You can help by becoming a ThinkVermont Ambassador representing the farm and food sector. By sharing a few social media posts per month about the many resources and assets unique to Vermont, you can help expand awareness about our amazing little state. The ThinkVermont Ambassadors program taps the collective networks of its members to spread the word about Vermont far and wide.

Through our own social networks, ThinkVermont Ambassadors can share national rankings and news coverage of Vermont's thriving industries, game-changing entrepreneurs, socially responsible companies, vibrant communities, world-class outdoor recreation opportunities, education, culture, and so much more.

 Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive interesting news about Vermont via email an average of 1 to 3 times per month.
  • After viewing each email, you will have the option to share ready-made social media content on Twitter, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn with a simple click of the “share now” button.
  • Content will only be posted if you click the “share now” button. The program will never post without your approval.

Please click here to sign up  and select a social network to get started. Being a ThinkVermont Ambassador won’t take much of your time, but it will have a significant impact on how the outside world views our state.
