Yankee Farm Credit Announces Organizational Enhancements

Williston, VT. – Feb. 1, 2019 -  Yankee Farm Credit announces organizational enhancements effective January 1, 2019 that will allow continued sustainable growth for the organization, which provides industry-specific products and services to the agricultural community in Vermont and parts of New York and New Hampshire.

Matthew Senter has joined the Middlebury branch as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and High Risk Asset Management. Matt has more than 20 years experience as a commercial lender and leader within the Farm Credit System.  The addition of Matt has allowed us to take a fresh look at how we manage our commercial accounts, complex loans and high risk assets.

Christopher Bessette will be moving from Vice President of Commercial Lending into a Senior Vice President Regional Manager role located in St. Albans.  Chris has been vital to building the commercial lending division and is a leader in credit across the Association.  Chris brings his passion for agriculture and lending into his new leadership position.

David Lane will move into a Senior Vice President Marketing and Financial Services role located in the Williston branch.  Building the marketing strategy and presence is a key focus for continued sustainable growth.  Dave has proven marketing skills from his success in business, government, and with his family vineyard.  In conjunction with our existing Financial Services team, Dave will continue the efforts to build Yankee Farm Credit’s brand and reputation.
