14th Annual Heirloom Apple Day at Scott Farm Orchard

Scott Farm Orchard hosts its annual celebration of heirloom apples, fresh, baked and squeezed! Visit the 571-acre historic farm and orchard that border Rudyard Kipling’s former Vermont home, Naulakha, owned by The Landmark Trust USA.  Taste some of the 120 varieties of our ecologically-grown heirlooms as orchardist Zeke Goodband talks about the enlightening history of these unique fruits— at 10:00am, 12:00 and 2:00pm (free). Heirloom apples and cider will be available for sale after the tastings. Whetstone Ciderworks offers samples of their hard cider and Rigani Wood-Fired Pizza vends artisan pizza.  Pick-Your-Own and the Farm Market will be open until 5PM.  802-254-6868, Details at
