Fermentation Festival

Rutland Area Farm and Food Link is hosting the fourth annual Fermentation Fest at Green Mountain College. A day of hour-long workshops includes making flavorful and fizzy kombucha, beer brewing, vegan yogurt, ethnic fermented food and more. This year’s keynote speaker is Marisa Mauro of Ploughgate Creamery. Early bird special of $12 if you preregister online.
