Make a holiday pie for Thanksgiving dinner or to put in the freezer, with heirloom apples, quince and pears grown in the orchard.  Join "The Queen of Tarts" Pastry Chef Laurel Roberts Johnson in the Apple Barn, just off the commercial kitchen, where she'll guide you in making the quintessential holiday pie! Tuck crisp heirloom apples, sweet pears, and tart quince poached in heirloom cider and honey into a flaky pastry crust.
