Join the Food Venture Center, at the Center for an Agricultural Economy, for a ServSafe class in food safety certification. The text covered is the Manager's edition of the ServSafe Food Safety manual. Successful participants who pass the exam at the end of the day receive a ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute.
The class is all day, beginning at 8am and ending 4:30pm. The cost is $130 and includes a copy of the Manager's edition of the ServSafe manual. (Please bring your own lunch.) We encourage you to sponsor your employees’ participation in the class, and we’re happy to offer any information you might have about the content.
