Food served will align with the principles presented by the speakers, including nutrient-dense, locally and organically grown vegetables, pastured and grass–fed meat, raw dairy products, and fermented vegetables, all skillfully prepared by Frank Pace of Great Northern.
Exhibitors and marketplace. Presenters include Nora Gedgaudas, Nicolas Pineault, Jeff Leach, Zach Bush, MD, Dr. László Boros, and Dr. Jack Kruse.
Fee: Sliding scale, $25-$100 each day (includes lunch). Tuition assistance available upon request.
