Sweeter profile wines are increasingly finding a place at the dinner table and the "dessert" wines are not just for dessert anymore. We're looking at the sweeter side of ice cider, mead, and fruit wines paired with a delectable food spread with our friends at the Made River Taste Place on Oct 23rd.

Mary Tuthill of Mad River Taste will begin the evening by presenting some recommended cheese pairings for the featured wines. Then, participants will talk with winemakers, sample their product, and experiment with pairings alongside an extensive array of local foods.
