This farmer-to-farmer workshop will be presented by the Wrisley family from Essex, NY, who currently grow 100 acres of corn for Vermont Tortilla Company on their 650-acre farm. The Wrisleys are growing organic wheat, hay, soybeans and corn in their rotation. Vermont Tortilla Company will also give a brief overview of their business and discuss their desire to support local farms and food production.
