Butter, Yogurt and Cheese Making Class

Have fun making delicious food in a cozy kitchen setting. Food tasting, hands on learning, and great discussions will be had as we learn and create. We will make Fromage Blanc, Ricotta, Butter, and a couple types of Yogurt - all using farm fresh raw milk.

Class will include a handout and Cheese Cultures, Yogurt Cultures, Citric Acid, Butter Muslin Cloth, and Organic, grass-fed raw milk will be for sale, so that you can start creating delicious dairy treats for friends and family right away!
