Learn to make fresh fettuccine with a traditional Alfredo sauce, the Italian version of mac & cheese you’ll savor over lunch. We’ll also make tortellini with a mushroom filling, plus a fresh tomato and burned-butter sauce using just-picked heirloom tomatoes from Scott Farm to take home for dinner. You are sure to fall in love with this culinary art form while you test your skills at both hand and mechanical rolling!
Ted and Linda Fondulas are the former owners of Hemingway’s in Killington Vermont, the celebrated 4- Star Mobil Travel Guide farm-to-table restaurant , voted one of Food & Wine magazine’s Top 25 Restaurants in America. Prior to establishing Odyssey Events, where they currently offer cooking classes, culinary tours, and event planning services, Ted and Linda directed Newhall Farm in Reading, Vermont.
