WEBINAR: Agritourism in New England: New Research from a Study of Multifunctional Farms

Results from a survey of farms in the New England region will be presented with a focus on agritourism and direct sales. Comparisons across states will look at producer characteristics, operation categories, financial situations, and entrepreneurial assessments. This webinar is the third segment of a study on multifunctional farms funded by the USDA AFRI Program (project # 2011-67023-30106). Collaborators include Drs. Mary Ahearn (USDA ERS), Stephan Goetz (Penn State University), and Jason Brown (USDA ERS).
