Burlington College is offering a series of Continuing Education Classes on food system topics.
For centuries humans have turned honey and water into wine. Join Anne Whyte, Co-Owner of Vermont Homebrew Supply, to cover the basics of making mead at home. Create a one gallon recipe in class. Learn how to design your mead, how to use a hydrometer, how to siphon and discuss different choices for bottling your mead. At the end of class, one lucky person will go home with a gallon of soon to be mead!
You must be 21 years or older to register for this class.
The cost is $30.
