Grab a friend and join us for a night of classic Cajun cooking where you’ll learn how to make Instructor Clarina’s family recipe for boudin, a classic Lousiana sausage; how to prep and fry soft-shell crabs for amazing po’boy sandwiches; and how to make beignets so you don’t have to trek all the way to Café du Monde. Chickory coffee and beers will be flowing during the class so everyone is guaranteed a good time!
