Do you find yourself getting your spaetzles and schnitzels mixed up? Get some delicious clarification during this class devoted to the unsung cuisine of Germany! Students will learn how to make spaetzle (that’s that dough one) as well as schnitzel (that’s the meat one), mastering skills like pounding, breading, and frying along the way. You’ll also discover some basic but incredibly useful sauce-making techniques as you create both a classic mushroom sauce for the schnitzel as well as creamy cheese sauce for German fondue! And in true German style, we’ll be enjoying a beer or two as we cook!
