Creating a Food Safety Plan for Small Dairy Plants: A Dairy Practices Council Sponsored Workshop

Whether your plant is required to have a Qualified Individual or not under the Food Safety Modernization Act, this workshop will improve your understanding of preventive controls and how to implement them in your own facility. The Dairy Practices Council sponsored workshop is based on the FDA-approved Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance curriculum on preventive controls for human food. This workshop will be led by Allen Sayler of the Center for Food Safety and Regulatory Solutions, LLC, and Steve C. Murphy, Senior Extension Associate in Food Science at Cornell University.
