Rural Vermont hosts its 30th Anniversary Celebration Finale on Sunday, November 22nd at the Bethel Town Hall at 7pm.
The program will weave together stories by farmers with music by special guests Patti Casey, Colin McCaffrey, and Pete Sutherland. The storytellers include some of Rural Vermont's past and current farmer leaders - Jenny Nelson, Judy Clark, Lindsay Harris, and Carl Russell & Lisa McCrory; plus Jeffrey Ellis will share his poem "Cultivating Resistance" which chronicles Rural Vermont's 30 year history and was created based upon input from Rural Vermont's members.
There will be a cash bar by Black Krim Tavern of Randolph, one last chance to enter the “Eat Like a Farmer” drawing before the winner is chosen at the end of the night, and more!
