Throughout the three days together, farm-to-table meals will feature locally grown and produced food, guided Vermont artisanal cheese tastings, as well as guided wine, hard cider and craft beer pairings.

  • What: Experience cheesemaking from the ground up.  With the Inn at Shelburne Farms and our dairy barns, pastures, and cheesemaking facility as your classroom, you'll go behind the scenes for the story of our farmhouse cheddar cheese.

  • When: Tuesday May 24th, 2016 8AM - Thursday May 26th, 2016 @ 4PM
  • Why:  Because you are interested in cheese, like(love) to eat cheese, want to make cheese.  And/or all of the above.
  • Fee: $450/person includes tuition & meals.  Rooms at the Inn at Shelburne Farms available for 40% off regular rates.  Registration is required.
