Nutrition Concepts for the Everyday Cattle Feeder (Short Course)

Students will learn the importance of matching the delivery of specific nutrients and the impacts of various feeding systems and barn design on disease and animal performance.  Particular emphasis will be placed on feeding strategies that maximize milk component production. (7 hours lecture)
