Join Noah Hoskins and Jen O'Donnell of The Bunker Farm, a diversified farm producing naturally raised meats, flowers, and maple syrup, to discuss how they started their farm in Vermont. This workshop will discuss the process by which The Bunker Farm planned and launched a new small direct market farm business focused on maple, meat, and flowers. Topics include finding start-up capital, equipment and tools needed, scaling and skilling up, and basic materials that they have found invaluable.
