Community Teaching Garden

Join us for a unique garden education program that teaches adults how to grow their own food in a fun, supportive, and cooperative learning environment through weekly lessons and hands-on garden work. Learn to plant, cultivate, harvest and preserve produce and take home as many fresh vegetables as you can grow. Choose a morning or evening class!

Vermont Fresh Network Annual Forum Dinner 2019

Attend the Vermont Fresh Network's 23rd Annual Forum Dinner! For one special evening in August, farmers and chefs from all across Vermont come together to prepare a sensational meal for you and fellow food enthusiasts. It is a fundraiser for the Vermont Fresh Network — all proceeds go to continuing programming that helps bring more Vermont grown and raised food to the table. Highlights include tasting Vermont artisanal products and beverages, a silent auction, and the grazing dinner by over 20 of the state’s finest chefs.

That’s why Vermont Fish & Wildlife is partnering with Rooted in Vermont, a program of the Vermont Farm to Plate Network, this summer to help Vermonters better learn about what foods are available all around them and how to make them into a delicious meal.
