Summary of Position:
The IFH Customer Service Assistant assists with IFH customer service through daily member service to increase customer satisfaction and retention. This position brings an organized, positive,and helpful attitude to our service function and creates effective solutions to customer service issues in order to enhance customer satisfaction and to grow their repeat business.The primary role of this position is to report errors with order fulfilment and delivery and resolve these issues by processing credits, fulfilling refund requests, and modifying orders in the IFH online system.
This is a fully remote, part time (10-15 hours/week) seasonal position through October 2020 with the potential for longer term.
