We process our chickens and turkeys from late May - Thanksgiving, as well as poultry raised by other producers in our community who bring their birds to us for the high-quality service we provide.

You must be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and have attention to detail. A willingness to take direction but also be proactive will be beneficial. We have fun listening to a wide variety of music, cracking jokes and deciphering riddles, all while working hard to create the highest quality meat products for our community. Responsibilities may include: Killing, scalding. plucking, eviscerating, parting and packaging poultry, making value-added products such as sausage and ground meat, maintaining quality, monitoring and executing a sanitary work environment.
