Seeking Grant Writer for Regeneration Corps  

Regeneration Corps (RC) is looking for experienced grant writers to help us grow our regenerative agriculture youth training program. RC integrates community-based learning, practical skills-building, racial justice and climate change education, agroecology skills building, and activism to empower youth in a changing society and economy. RC has had a successful first semester during the fall of 2020 partnering with schools and farms in the Upper Valley and is currently expanding school partnerships.  

The RC Partnership consists of Community Resilience Organizations, Vermont Healthy Soils Coalition, Rural Vermont, Vermont Farm to Plate, Change the World Kids, Grow More Waste Less, the Center for Grassroots Organizing, and Building a Local Economy. Grant writers will be invited to participate in our ongoing planning and development meetings as available. We are seeking help to secure funding to staff and develop this budding program. 

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Prior success with applying for and receiving grants and 

• Work with our partnership to accurately and compellingly depict Regeneration Corps 

• Be familiar with the Vermont funding landscape

• Have relationships with or connections to invite-only donors 

• Maintain communication with the RC Team and facilitate reasonable oversight on submissions

Details:

Payment for this position is based on experience and will be negotiated with the applicant. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout 2021. Multiple positions are available.
