VHCB's Farm & Forest Viability Program provides business planning and technical assistance to farm, food, and forest sector businesses to increase business success. We are seeking a Program Manager to maintain strong relationships with farm and forest sector partners and to advance initiatives to help grow and improve the Viability Program.
Applicants should be detail oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience providing business assistance to the working lands sector and in program administration and management. The Viability Program delivers services to 150 businesses annually, coordinated through a network of partners. The Program Manager works closely with businesses to enroll them in the program and monitor their progress, evaluate effectiveness of the program, manage contracts, and conduct fundraising and grant reporting.
