Meat Cutting - $16.25-20.00+ per hour
Learn the art form of breaking down a full carcass to individual portions and specifications. This requires skill and strong attention to detail. You will work in a fast paced environment with a great team. With on the job training and support you can excel in a new career.
Show up on time and ready for work
Follow GMPs
Follow all safety protocols including wearing PPE
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow directions
Work with the rest of the team to ensure production goals are met
You will learn how to:
Maintain a sharp knife and learn knife skills
Identify and Communicate quality issues to supervisor
End of day cleaning - disassemble and rinse all equipment, tools, tables, cutting boards
Move pallets and Combos as orders are finished
Consistently cut all trim pieces with clean bones
Identify primal/Sub primal cuts
Label bins correctly
Move carcasses in the cooler
