Health and Local Food Repository

Members from the Health Team will be collecting descriptions of these programs, as well as examples of other successful food and health care programs, to make publically available for others to access, replicate, use to apply for funding. Whenever possible, data demonstrating success in health outcomes, improved access to healthy and local food, or behavior change will be included.
