We are a small diversified livestock farm that raises pgs, sheep and chickens on pastures. We use rotational plans to use our animals' natural instincts to manage and improve our soil. The farm is run by two italians, Alessandra and Stefano, that are passionate about preserving their heritage and keep up with modern knowledge about sustainable agriculture. Our small farming community of 5 adults and 1 child lives and works on the farm which was built in 1850s and is spread over 60 acres, just a hop away from lake champlain. We also have started raising, ducks, bees and have a new hoop house for vegetables and herbs, In addition, we have acres and acres of wild edibles that our land gifts us every season. We do all the processing of the meat ourselves and we share the bounty of the land with guests that come to visit once a month for a luxurious 5 to 8 course Italian feast. Our latest project is the construction of a facility to create Italian style salumi, such as salame, prosciutto, coppa etc.
