Blake Hill Preserves

Blake Hill is a specialist artisan preserve maker based in Windsor, Vermont. Everything is made at our new facility in Windsor. We pride ourselves in crafting a range of unique, gourmet jams, marmalades and chutneys using only the finest and pure ingredients. Our Jams are delightfully fruit forward with Extra Fruit with less added sugar. Our Marmalades are traditionally made from scratch and from fresh whole citrus with a medium cut peel. Our Chutneys combine fresh and dried fruits with a gorgeous melody of spices resulting in rich and unique preserves which are a perfect pairing for cheeses, grilled and roasted foods.
