Farms for City Kids Foundation provides a stimulating outdoor classroom where urban youth explore new dimensions of learning as academics are integrated into everyday farm activities that practice and teach sustainability. This 1000-acre farm, with 100 head of Registered Jersey cattle, produces milk, which is used by Spring Brook Farm Cheese, LLC to create their award winning Tarentaise cheese. The farm also produces maple products, and has well established sugar bush with 3200 taps.
