Grateful Greens uses creative, low impact, indoor farming technology that utilizes solar, rainwater, eco-friendly systems, and Love.
We grow in a nutrient-rich organic soil mix with organic seeds to create healthy, tasty, and extraordinarily sustainable vegetables. We are starting this “food for good” journey with Sunflower Greens and will be adding more varieties soon!
We’re focused on changing the world by showing a new way to grow food, at the same time we’re changing your day by providing vital and tasty vegetables. Improving the way we produce food can enable any community to provide healthy, tasty food for itself in any climate or situation, all year long. This work is as much about nourishment as it is movement!
Be Well!

I'm a dietitian who cares about how food is grown, distributed, prepared and eaten and absolutely loves working on farms, where so many aspects of food connect. I want to participate in building a food system that is sustainable, equitable, and healthy for all. A Pennsylvania native and Penn State grad, I am learning about New England culture, food systems, and outdoor activities just about every day!
