I utilize Black River Produce & Upper Valley Produce faithfully as I know much of the product comes locally and there believe in our local produce.

After honing his skills at the New England Culinary Institute, Greg brought his creative eye and love for raw, natural local products to some of the country’s finest hotels and resorts in Virginia, Tennessee, New York and New England.
