Lake Paran is creating a program that addresses food, food insecurity and local food entrepreneurship through the utilization of our beautiful licensed commercial kitchen. We plan on reaching out to community garden and school garden groups to offer a processing space for their yields for the benefit of the local food system in Bennington.
