American Crafted Spirits / SILO Distillery was founded by 8th generation Vermonters to deliver on a vision of distilling local, handmade products that are premium and the best in category. Our products utilize locally grown grains and natural ingredients from Vermont based growers in an effort to cultivate a system that supports our local food systems. Our spent grains are recycled back to cattle, pigs and turkeys as a free viable food source to minimize the economic strain our own neighbors, making high quality meats more affordable.
