We make a value add maple beverage that not only slakes your thirst but preserves a piece of our agrarian heritage. Our grandparents farmed in Glover and they made switchel every summer to take to the field while cutting, tedding and bringing in the hay. Because maple trees and hay are not annual crops they sequester carbon, provide food, and are integral to the beauty of the working landscape.

Vermont Switchel Original Recipe is crafted in small batches using 100% Vermont maples syrup, organic apple cider vinegar, organic lemon juice, ginger, and organic blackstrap molasses just as our ancestors did generations ago. It will slake your thirst and provide an energy boost whether you are haying or kicking a soccer ball or mixes well with your favourite spirits when just kicking back.
