I have owned and operated Tulsi Tea Room in Montpelier, VT for the last 7 years. We now currently have only weekend hours and a take-home meals option for people looking to have nourishing, individualized meals prepared bulk for the week. I am also enrolled in the PN program at Vermont Technical College. My goals are to support the prevalence of nutrient-dense local foods in the health care system.
