Fran Recchia and I own a 27 acre certified organic farm in Greensboro, VT. We grow garlic, tomatoes, spinach, basil and other vegetables that we use to make several pesto recipes. We sell our pesto at farmers' markets in Montpelier, Hardwick, Littleton NH and Waitsfield. Also at Hunger Mountain Co-op and the LIttleton Food Co-op.
